What we collect

• Your IP address and an approximate location (city, region and country).
• Your device and browser type, screen size and language.
• The pages you view and how long you spend on them.
• Where you came from (the referring website) and any campaign tags in the link.
• The medicines and ZIP/postal codes you search for, and how many results were shown.
• Your account information (name and email) only if you choose to sign in.

We only start collecting this after you tap Accept on the cookie banner. If you tap Decline, we keep just an anonymous count of pages viewed (the date and page only) and nothing that could identify you.

Why we collect it

We use this information to improve the site and to understand how it is used — for example, which medicines people look for most and which pages are helpful. If you sign up for price-drop alerts, we use your email address only to send you those alert emails about the medicine and ZIP you chose; you can unsubscribe at any time from a link in every alert.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. Some links to partners are affiliate links, and LocalRX may earn a commission if you use them — this never changes the medication prices you see and costs you nothing extra.

How long we keep it

We keep this information for up to 24 months, then remove it.
